Today we read pages 126-141 from The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg.

All the talk of willpower on this reading has inspired me to find an online class or two to stretch my brain and give me more willpower muscle, so it will last me longer each day!  How about you?
