Today we read the fourth chapter of The Referral of a Lifetime: The Networking System That Produces Bottom-Line Results Every Day (The Ken Blanchard Series) by Tim Templeton. (If you are following along in the paper version of the book, we read pages 38-56 this morning.)
My favorite part of this section was on page 40 when Highground talks about not trying to change the style of person (relational- relational or business-relational…) but to meet people where they are and help them be more of what they are! LOVE THAT!!!
